Energy Healing for Chronic Illness

So these are some of the therapies and modalities that I have found really beneficial in my life dealing with multiple auto-immune conditions. I have ended up training in quite a few of the modalities that I found really helpful as that seemed like the easiest way to work on myself. I hope to get out there and share these therapies more with clients as my health continues to improve in the future.

However, one of the most powerful , free and easy ways to enjoy the benefits of sound therapy is by using your own voice to tone into areas of your body. 4) Other energy modalities that have helped me:
Access Consciousness is another very transformational and gentle modality that can be used to facilitate healing and health. The Access Bars are the very core and foundation of Access Consciousness and have assisted thousands of people to change many aspects of their body and their life including sleep, health, and weight, money, sex and relationships, anxiety and stress. During a Bars session, a practitioner lightly touches 32 points on your head over the course of an hour or an hour and a half. Touching the Bars allows for the electromagnetic charge that holds thoughts, feelings, and emotions in place to dissipate, allowing you to perceive your life, body, and relationships with more clarity and ease.

The really great thing about it is anyone can practice it on themselves.
